FAQ

NONPROFITS

I am from a nonprofit and would love a donation to throw a fundraiser in the TapRoom…

Due to the prolonged COVID pandemic, we are still on hold with booking fundraisers in 2021. When we are able to begin booking again, we will post on these pages:

Thanks for understanding. We apologize for the delay but your safety and the safety of our staff is our top priority!

How do I apply for a donation for my nonprofit event?

Nonprofits may apply on our website to be considered for a donation 28 days prior to your event due to high volume of donation. No exceptions will be made.

Where do you donate?

We currently are able to donate to nonprofits that can pickup at the Brewery in Petaluma, Calif.

Where do I pickup my beer donation?

You will pickup your beer donation at our breweries, currently we are only donating to nonprofits that are able to pickup at our Petaluma Brewery.

Do you donate to all nonprofit organizations?

At Lagunitas, we welcome people (and dogs) from all walks of life. Anyone, regardless of their race, creed, nation of origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability status, veteran status, marital status, or age, has a home here. Love, progress, and acceptance will always have a seat at our bar. Lagunitas chooses not to support organizations which, in policy or practice, discriminate against a person or group on the basis of age, gender, race, national origin, ethnicity, religious belief, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, military status or political affiliation.

Are you donating beer to Chicago nonprofits?

We are not currently able to donate to Chicago area nonprofits but we hope that we are able to in the future.

Are you donating beer to Seattle nonprofits?

We are not currently able to donate to Seattle area nonprofits but we hope that we are able to in the future.

Do I need a liquor license or liquor commission permit/license for my nonprofit event?

In most cases, yes, non-profits must apply for a license or permit for their event if beer is included with the cost of admission to the event or if beer is sold at the event. Please check in with all state licensing laws and provide copies of licenses to us once received. We want to protect both you and us!

How do I know what my donation is?

The nonprofit will receive beer donation pickup instructions once request has been approved.

I would like to take a tour at one of your TapRooms. When do you offer them and how much does they cost?
