Need beer to serve at your fundraiser or to use in your auction/raffle?

We’re glad to donate beer to help the fundraising efforts of nonprofits and schools both locally and across the country.

To make a donations request

Please submit your requests 6 weeks in advance of your event. We’re happy to help, please know we are processing high volumes of donations daily, our program is national and processes vary state to state, so it may take up to 2-3 weeks to get back to you. You will receive an automated email which means that your request is on our radar and in our queue, so have no fear, we’ll reach out to you asap! If you do not receive an automated email, your request did not submit properly through our site and you’ll need to reapply. Cheers!

We will be implementing a shiny new database system at the end of 2019. If you do apply for an event in 2020…we will have to ask you to apply again to the new system. Thankyasomuch! ***

UPDATE: Donations from our Chicago facility are on hold through the end of the year as we upgrade our donations database and web portal. We'll be in touch in 2020 once our new and improved system goes live. Thanks for your understanding, and have a great rest of the year. Cheers!
